About Me

My name is Ganna. I came to Canada from Ukraine five years ago. I adore Canada and really feel safe and comfortable in it. For the five years I have been in Canada, I have been studying. I have got an RPN diploma and now on my way to becoming an RN. I have never heard about Blogger site and its opportunities, but when I created my own web I have found that it is very interesting idea to socialize. Blogger gives me opportunity to express my feelings and my thoughts, share my life and work experience and my concerns, and get advice from other people. I can also pick up information or give feedback to other bloggers. It is a really good opportunity to communicate.

Stress

Help! It’s almost the end of the semester and I’m up to my neck preparing for final assignments and tests. The stress is unbelievable and I’m trying to figure out how to maintain my sanity, get good marks, eat decent food and maybe even make time for friends.
But coping with stress is the challenge! I hear that some students are so well organized that they aren’t panicking like I am. How nice would that be?? I suppose I could take up smoking or doping, but that doesn’t seem to be the logical answer if I want half decent marks.
Somewhere I read that exercise helps. The way I see it though is that I’d be so tired out that I wouldn’t have the energy to do anything else…like studying. Can anyone help me? I really need some coping strategies to get through this
